I had a small issue while using vacant.nyc and, i wasn’t expecting much at first. But support got back to me faster than I thought they would. They explained things in a simple way, not super technical or anything, and it didn’t turn into this whole annoying back-and-forth. It wasn’t perfect, like there were still a couple little things, but overall... yeah, it was a good experience.

I’ve been using vacant.nyc for a little while now and the listings seem up to date most of the time. A couple spots I checked were already taken, it happens, but overall the updates feel recent enough that it’s actually useful. Still way better than sorting through a bunch of dead listings on other sites. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the stale ones got removed a bit quicker.

The prices felt kinda hidden. I don’t know why they didn’t just make them obvious from the start, but it made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be
